Sarah grew up dancing and figure skating before trading in her skates for sneakers to play collegiate volleyball. After graduating from college and starting her career in healthcare, she began taking group fitness classes to stay active. In 2014, she became a barre instructor and has since taught for Pure Barre, The Barre Code, and barre3. In addition to being certified in multiple formats of barre classes, she is a 500-HR Registered Yoga Teacher and holds personal training and TRX certifications. She is also a former HOTWORX Virtual Instructor.
After years of coaching, teaching, and leading within the fitness industry, Sarah reached a turning point. Through that journey, she discovered a new passion: bringing structure, clarity, and connection to a larger team in a way that extended beyond the gym floor. This next chapter allows her to consolidate the skills she’s built over time, communication, organization, leadership, and apply them in a role that aligns with a full-time career outside of the gym. By serving as the glue that holds a team together, Sarah uses her experience to keep everyone aligned, supported, and moving forward together.
