About Coach

After a successful collegiate track and field career, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Carroll College in Helena, Montana. Coaching felt like a natural next step, and I began my career working in college football as an offensive assistant coach at Carroll College. After the football season, I also coached track and field at the high school level, where I served as the hurdles coach. After moving to South Carolina, I realized I wanted to be the best coach I could be. That realization pushed me to dive deeper into athletic development, especially strength and conditioning. I went on to earn my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification and began working as a personal trainer and performance coach. I’m constantly learning and looking for better ways to help athletes train, perform, and stay healthy. My goal is to continue growing as a coach while making a real, positive impact on the athletes I work with

Turning Point

My turning point was transitioning from being an athlete to being a coach. Like many young kids it was my dream to compete as a pro athlete. Although that didn't happen I realized I could learn the skill and knowledge needed to help other hopeful athletes become the best version of themselves and give them the best chance to achieve their dreams.

Motivation & Passion

I’m motivated by seeing people put in the work and push themselves to create the changes needed to get the outcomes they want, both in and out of the gym.
